Only manually verified reviews are published. Reviews submitted by one party are displayed as Verified Reviews. Where both parties submit using the same valid job code, the review is upgraded to a Verified Matched Review.

Both Parties Are Invited to Leave a Review
Both the customer and the tradesperson are invited to submit a structured review using the same job code. Reviews can be published once they have been manually verified, even if only one party has submitted. If the second party later submits using the same valid job code, the review is upgraded to a Verified Matched Review.
